In our Mellow Movement classes we slow down the pace and simplify the flow. You’ll find most classes stay close to the mat and focus on grounding elements to assist the body in finding ease + dropping in. What you can expect: - Slower moving, grounded postures - Longer held postures with support from props - Room is a comfortable temp A great place to begin or begin again!
